How long should I use it each day?
10 to 20 minutes per session, 1 to 3 times a day. Take a 15 to 20 minute break between sessions. For your first use, start on the lowest level for 15 minutes or less.
How warm does it get?
There are 3 heat levels. Instead of making the surface hot, it warms gently with 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared light, and an IC thermal sensor guards against overheating.
How do I wear it?
On bare skin, or over one thin cotton T-shirt. Thick clothing reduces the warmth. It's one size for everyone with an extension strap included, and it works on either shoulder. Just switch the strap direction. It's shaped for the shoulder, so other areas won't fit as well.
How do I charge it?
Charge it with the included USB-C cable and a standard phone charger, not a fast charger. Auto-off timer: 20, 30 or 45 minutes (20 by default). It doesn't run while charging. No adapter is included.
Who should not use it?
Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing, recovering from surgery or a fracture, or have metal implants, a heart condition or pacemaker, an acute inflammatory condition, a bleeding risk, cancer or a serious neurological condition. Not for children. Do not use while sleeping, under blankets or on a heating pad.
Is Shoulder Beam a medical device?
No. It's a home wellness device, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you need treatment, please see a doctor.
How do I clean it?
It's not washable. Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry completely. Avoid hot water, alcohol and chemical cleaners.

Shoulder Beam ships from our warehouse in California, so there are no customs delays or import fees. Orders leave our California warehouse within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) and usually arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Yes. Shoulder Beam purchased from healobeam.us comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. If it stops working properly under normal use, we'll cover return shipping and repair or replace it at our discretion, or refund you if a replacement is not available. Email us your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. The warranty doesn't cover misuse, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or charging with a fast charger above 5V 2A.
