Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. Not happy with Shoulder Beam for any reason? Request a return within 30 days of delivery and get a full refund of the item price. No restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email us at dany@webrand.kr with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will send you our U.S. return address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Change-of-mind returns

Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days of delivery, opened or unopened, with all accessories and the original packaging. We refund the full item price with no restocking fee.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Items with clear signs of use (odor, soiling, visible wear), missing parts, or damage caused by misuse may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We will cover return shipping and send you a replacement. If a replacement isn’t available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method instead. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email us at dany@webrand.kr.

Exchanges

The quickest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.

Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they ship. Because we ship quickly from our U.S. warehouse, please email us as soon as possible. There is no fee to cancel before shipping. Once your order has shipped, this return policy applies.

Items we cannot accept

Gift cards, items not purchased from healobeam.us, and any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Shoulder Beam purchased from healobeam.us comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. If it stops working properly under normal use, we will cover return shipping and repair or replace it at our discretion. If a replacement isn’t available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method instead. To make a claim, email dany@webrand.kr with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.

The warranty does not cover:

Misuse, negligence or improper handling
Water or liquid damage
Unauthorized disassembly, repairs or modifications
Damage from charging with a fast charger above 5V 2A
Cosmetic wear from normal use, or lost items

Products purchased from other retailers, including Amazon, are not covered by this warranty and follow that retailer's policies.

After your warranty ends, you can buy a new Shoulder Beam at 25% off. Just email us for your code.

European Union: 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
